dictionary concluding also the mudaria form of verbs?

i have downloaded a lot of dictionary, but every dictionary i downloaded there were alway the madi form of the verb. but when the first time see a verb, i dont know what the madi form is. i can write the madi form, but i didnt know if i should use fatha, kasra or damma on the second radical. did somebody know a dictionary who includes also the mudaria form of a verb or a link of a site or a tool, program and so on.
