Assalaamu Alaikum
This is a clarification from our Shayk regarding:

~~~Quote
wa alaykumussalam
It is laa naafiyah, and the verb is manSuub because of <an>.
Originally <an> and <laa> are separate words. But according to the
rules of orthography, they are written as one word. But this is not a
very hard and fast rule. The words may be written separately also,
especially for the purpose of teaching.
Hope this is clear
Wassalam,
abdur rahim
