Default Pronoun with Naqis verb

What will happen if we add pronoun with a Naqis verb.?.
For example ُليس+ ه
Is there any meaning in such addition?

Waalaikum Assalaam,
The pronoun that you are trying to attach is mansoob such pronoun when attached to any verb they take the place of mafulun behi. i.e. they are the object receiving the action of the verb. Only transitive verb need object and Laissa is not a transitive verb it takes Ism and khabar like Kana.
So I do not know exactly what is your question. Also Naquis can also mean verbs where the Laam Kalima (3rd radical) is a weak letter. is that what you mean by Naquis, them Laissa is not Naquis.
