How long to deliver?

I have just ordered the DVDs and books paying by Paypal. Roughly how long might it take for them to be delivered from India to Sydney, Australia?
Also, being impatient i have downloaded Book 1, the handouts, and the Key to Book 1. I can access the DVD in little bits via Youtube. Are these identical (more or less) to what I shall receive? i want to start right away.
Lastly, I first found the DVD through a Google search and it commenced with the most beautiful rendition of the Call to Prayer. Unfortunately, i cannot find it again and I would be really grateful if somebody could send me the link.
