Wa iyâk,

in the "download section" of the Lqtoronto website you'll find everything you need inchaAllah, including the Medina books key in english:

JZK,

I am aware of the pdf files but I am just wondering whether there is a published form of they English key for book 3 or not. If there is, is it in the same book as the Arabic text (as it is in book 1 and 2) or is the English and Arabic in different books for Book 3.

May Allah reward you for your time.

With regards to your edit I assume you mean the question about ' " أَنْبِيَاءُ ", yes, this word is a diptote- but diptote becomes triptote when they:
1. take the definite particle 'al'
2. when they are mudaaf

hope this helps

Some editions of the Madina Books, specially the UK edition does not have key to book3.
Originally the grammar explanation of book 3 was done in Arabic only in the text of each lesson.
Later Dr Abdur Rahim wrote the key in English.
The Indian version of Madina Books comes in 3 book of text in Arabic and 3 books of key in English.
You can download the key of book 3 in pdf format from the downlaod section of http://www.lqtoronto.com/englishkey.html

Wassalaam
