Default Question on Form 4 verbs

As'salaamu alaykum, I want to know if the verb attamma (he completed) which is a taa meem with shaddah, i want to know when you make amr from this is it in the same way as the form 1 way or does the meem not get a fattah?

wa alaikumussalam.

you know from FORM I muda''af verbs that
يَحُجُّ is actually يَحْجُجُ

similarly brother,
يُتِمُّ is actually يُتْمِمُ

from يَحُجُّ we can make 2 amrs, one from يَحُجُّ and one from يَحْجُجُ
so from يَحُجُّ the amr becomes حُجَّ
and from يَحْجُجُ the amr becomes اُحْجُجْ

now with يُتِمُّ
the amr is أتْمِمْ from يُتْمِمُ but i dont know that making amr أتِمَّ from يُتِمُّ is right or not.
