The red part is sufficient to make a complete sentence. So, I would say that hunaa (zarfu makaan) is khabar of Inna.

Fanaadiqu is indefinite, so the naat kabiiratun is also indefinite.

Brother, jam'a is mansub. But surely, it can not be na't of Al-asmaa. Jam'a is indefinite, as the mudaf ilaihi is indefinite (mudhakkarin), while Al-asmaa is definite.

I think Jam'a is badal.
